SINK JOINT MODULE AND JOINING METHOD USING THE SAME
The present invention is to provide a sink joint module that has a coating layer on the upper surface of a sink and can implement a seamless sink without an interface between a sink bowl and a kitchen top through sanding after bonding between the kitchen top and the sink bowl, and a joining method using the same. According to one aspect of the present invention, a sink joint module may comprise: a top plate including joint parts at the ends; a sink bowl coupled to the top plate, and having wing parts formed on the outside in a shape corresponding to the joint part; and a coating layer located on the surface of the wing and having a hardness within a predetermined range relative to the hardness of the top plate.
본 발명의 일 측면에 따른 싱크대 접합모듈은, 단부에 접합부를 포함하는 상판, 상기 상판에 결합되고, 외곽에 상기 접합부에 대응되는 형상의 날개부가 형성된 싱크볼 및 상기 날개부의 표면에 위치하며, 상기 상판의 경도에 대해 미리 정해진 범위의 경도를 갖는 코팅층을 포함할 수 있다.
