The present invention relates to a finished metal plate, which has natural or synthetic fibers to be sewn along the cut surfaces of the metal plate to finish the cut surfaces of the metal plate, thereby preventing a user's body from being harmed by the cut surfaces of the metal plate when in use. The finished metal plate comprises: a metal plate (1); a top finishing part which wraps the top cut surface of the metal plate (1) with natural fibers (or synthetic fibers) and sews the wrapped natural fibers by using a sewing machine, thereby preventing the user's body from being harmed by the top cut surface of the metal plate; a bottom finishing part (5) which is distanced a gap from the top finishing part to face the top finishing part, wraps the bottom cut surface of the metal plate (1) with natural fibers (or synthetic fibers), and sews the wrapped natural fibers by using the sewing machine, thereby preventing the user's body from being harmed by the bottom cut surface of the metal plate; a left end finishing part (7) which is distanced a gap from the bottom finishing part (5), wraps the left-end cut surface of the metal plate (1) with natural fibers (or synthetic fibers), and sews the wrapped natural fibers by using the sewing machine, thereby preventing the user's body from being harmed by the left-end cut surface of the metal plate; and a right-end finishing part (9) which is distanced a gap from the left-end finishing part (7) to face the left-end finishing part (7), wraps the right-end cut surface of the metal plate (1) with natural fibers (or synthetic fibers), and sews the wrapped natural fibers by using the sewing machine, thereby preventing the user's body from being harmed by the right-end cut surface of the metal plate.
본 발명은 금속판의 절단면을 따라 천연섬유 또는 합성섬유를 재봉하여 금속판의 절단면을 마감 처리함으로써, 금속판의 사용시 사용자의 신체가 금속판의 절단면에 의해 해를 입지 않도록 해 주는 마감처리 된 금속판에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 금속판(1)과; 상기 금속판(1)의 상(上)단 절단면을 천연섬유(또는 합성섬유)로 감싸 감싸진 천연섬유를 재봉틀로 재봉하여 사용자의 신체가 금속판의 상단 절단면에 의해 해를 입지 않도록 해 주는 상단마감부와; 상기 상단마감부로부터 일정간격을 두고 상단마감부에 마주보게 금속판(1)의 하(下)단 절단면을 천연섬유(또는 합성섬유)로 감싸 감싸진 천연섬유를 재봉틀로 재봉하여 사용자의 신체가 금속판의 하단 절단면에 의해 해를 입지 않도록 해 주는 하단마감부(5)와; 상기 하단마감부(5)로부터 일정간격을 두고 금속판(1)의 좌(左)단 절단면을 천연섬유(또는 합성섬유)로 감싸 감싸진 천연섬유를 재봉틀로 재봉하여 사용자의 신체가 금속판의 좌단 절단면에 의해 해를 입지 않도록 해 주는 좌단마감부(7)와; 상기 좌단마감부(7)로부터 일정간격을 두고 좌단마감부(7)에 마주보게 금속판(1)의 우(右)단 절단면을 천연섬유(또는 합성섬유)로 감싸 감싸진 천연섬유를 재봉틀로 재봉하여 사용자의 신체가 금속판의 우단 절단면에 의해 해를 입지 않도록 해 주는 우단마감부(9)를 포함한다.
