MOBILITY LIMITATION MEANS
FIELD: handcuffs.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of development of the offender extremities fixing special means during the arrest, and blocking its possibilities for countermeasures to get rid of the seizure. Mobility limiting device (handcuffs) consists of interconnected bracelets. Each bracelet is formed by the fastened together arc-shaped brackets, and hinged to them movable bracket with teeth, which engages into the ratchet connection with the rotatable spring-loaded latch teeth. Article fixed and movable brackets inner surfaces form having the shape of ellipse covering contour. Bracelets fixtures are made at an angle relative to the bracelet central longitudinal axis, formed by the mobile and fixed brackets connection point and the ellipse center of symmetry, formed by the brackets mobile and fixed inner surfaces, at an angle of at least 15° and offset from this axis by an amount of not less than 0.2 of the bracelet width.EFFECT: enabling development of the effective obstacles for the fixed limbs intensive movements realization.3 cl, 4 dwg
Изобретение относится к области разработки спецсредств для фиксации конечностей правонарушителя при задержании и блокирования возможностей его контрдействий по избавлению от захвата. Средство ограничения подвижности (наручники) состоит из соединенных между собой браслетов. Каждый браслет сформирован скрепленными между собой дугообразными скобами и шарнирно соединенной с ними подвижной скобой с зубцами, вступающей в храповое соединение с зубьями поворотной подпружиненной защелки. Внутренние поверхности неподвижных и подвижной скоб изделия образуют охватывающий контур, имеющий форму эллипса. Крепления браслетов выполнены под углом относительно центральной продольной оси браслета, образованной точкой соединения подвижной и неподвижных скоб и центром симметрии эллипса, образованного внутренними поверхностями подвижной и неподвижных скоб, на угол не менее 15° и смещены от этой оси на величину не менее чем 0,2 ширины браслета. Обеспечивается создание эффективных препятствий для реализации интенсивных движений зафиксированных конечностей. 2 з.п. ф-лы, 4 ил.
