Provided are: a bonding composition which is mainly composed of inorganic particles and is capable of providing a metal bonded body that has high shear strength and long-term reliability; and a metal bonded body using the bonding composition. The present invention relates to a bonding composition which contains inorganic particles and an organic component, and which is characterized in that the sulfur content in the bonding composition is 10% by atom or less relative to the total amount of the inorganic particles and the sulfur.
L'invention concerne : une composition de liaison qui est principalement composée de particules inorganiques et est apte à fournir un corps lié à un métal qui présente une résistance élevée au cisaillement et une fiabilité à long terme ; et un corps lié à un métal utilisant la composition de liaison. La présente invention concerne une composition de liaison qui contient des particules inorganiques et un constituant organique, et qui est caractérisée en ce que la teneur en soufre dans la composition de liaison est de 10 % par atome ou moins par rapport à la quantité totale des particules inorganiques et du soufre.
