FIXING FOR A BALCONY
The present invention provides a fixing for attaching a balcony to a support which allows for significant accommodation of the construction tolerances in the installation of the support whilst still securely attaching the balcony to the support. In one embodiment, the fixing includes: a connector section; a clamping section for securing the fixing to the support by clamping at least part of the support between the clamping section and the connector section, the clamping section being adjustably attachable to the connector section by at least one first fastener; a support section for supporting the balcony relative to the support, the support section being adjustably attached to and separated from the connector section by at least one second fastener; and at least one third fastener for securing the balcony to the fixing. The present invention also provides a balcony and a method of installing the balcony which allow the pitch of the balcony to be adjusted once installed and secured in place, preferably only through access from the upper side of the balcony
La présente invention concerne un élément de fixation pour la fixation d'un balcon à un support qui permet une grande adaptation de tolérances de construction dans l'installation du support tout en fixant solidement le balcon au support. Selon un mode de réalisation, l'élément de fixation comporte: une section de connecteur; une section de serrage pour fixer l'élément de fixation au support par serrage d'au moins une partie du support entre la section de serrage et la section de connecteur, la section de serrage étant apte à être fixée de manière réglable à la section de connecteur par au moins un premier organe d'assemblage; une section de support pour assurer le support du balcon par rapport au support, la section de support étant apte à être fixée de façon réglable à la section de connecteur et séparée de celle-ci par au moins un deuxième organe d'assemblage; et au moins un troisième organe d'assemblage pour fixer le balcon à l'élément de fixation. La présente invention concerne également un balcon et un procédé d'installation du balcon qui permettent l'ajustement de l'espacement du balcon une fois installé et fixé en place, de préférence uniquement à travers l'accès depuis le côté supérieur du balcon.
