In this portable terminal device authenticating system: an on-board device transmits a request signal including a plurality of authentication signals having different signal intensities; a portable terminal device receives the request signal, discriminates between the plurality of authentication signals on the basis of the signal intensities of the plurality of authentication signals included in the request signal, measures, for each of the discriminated authentication signals, the reception time of the authentication signal, and transmits, to the on-board device, an answer signal including information indicating the measured reception times; and the on-board device determines whether or not a received signal includes information indicating the reception times of the authentication signals, and determines, when the received signal includes information indicating the reception times, whether or not the received signal is the answer signal from the portable terminal device on the basis of the information indicating the reception times of the authentication signals.
Cette invention concerne un système d'authentification de dispositif terminal portable, dans lequel : un dispositif embarqué transmet un signal de requête comprenant une pluralité de signaux d'authentification présentant des intensités de signal différentes; un dispositif terminal portable reçoit le signal de requête, discrimine la pluralité de signaux d'authentification sur la base des intensités de signal de la pluralité de signaux d'authentification inclus dans le signal de requête, mesure, pour chacun des signaux d'authentification discriminés, le temps de réception du signal d'authentification, et transmet au dispositif embarqué un signal de réponse comprenant des informations indiquant les temps de réception mesurés; et le dispositif embarqué détermine si oui ou non un signal reçu comprend des informations indiquant les temps de réception des signaux d'authentification, et détermine, lorsque le signal reçu comprend des informations indiquant les temps de réception, si oui ou non le signal reçu est le signal de réponse provenant du dispositif terminal portable sur la base des informations indiquant les temps de réception des signaux d'authentification.
