L'invention concerne, selon l'état de la technique, un récipient en forme de cornet dans lequel la quantité restante de calcium calciné particulaire est utilisée en tant que matériau de départ pour une solution saturée de calcium calciné qui ne pouvait apparaître sans ôter un couvercle, le calcium calciné particulaire ne pouvait pas être complètement dissous, la vitesse de dissolution était faible, un filtre était à l'extérieur du récipient de dissolution, et le filtre s'est rapidement obstrué. Dans la présente invention, l'utilisation d'un récipient cylindrique permet de dissoudre uniformément et rapidement le calcium calciné particulaire, en utilisant un récipient en résine transparente, il est possible de confirmer la quantité restante et l'état de dissolution du calcium calciné particulaire, et un filtre (4) est fixé à un couvercle de remplacement de filtre, ce par quoi le calcium calciné particulaire adhérant au filtre sort et tombe sur une partie fond (5), et un flux d'eau rotatif se produit et une solution saturée est produite.
