The purpose of the present invention is to provide a mobile terminal device with which it is possible to detect the position of a user of the mobile terminal device or the speed of a vehicle by the mobile terminal device itself and limit the use of an application. Therefore, provided is a function limitation method for a function limitable mobile terminal device with which it is possible to limit the use of an application, the method being constituted so as to have a step for determining whether an application of the mobile terminal device subject to limitation is active, a use position check step in which the mobile terminal device determines whether the user of the mobile terminal device is in the driver's seat, and a speed check step in which the mobile terminal device calculates that a vehicle which the user of the mobile terminal device is aboard is traveling, and to limit or terminate the use of the application when the user of the mobile terminal device is in the driver's seat and the vehicle is traveling.
L'objectif de la présente invention est de fournir un dispositif terminal mobile avec lequel il est possible de détecter la position d'un utilisateur du dispositif terminal mobile ou la vitesse d'un véhicule par le dispositif terminal mobile lui-même et de limiter l'utilisation d'une application. Par conséquent, l'invention concerne un procédé de limitation de fonctions pour un dispositif terminal mobile avec limitation de fonctions avec lequel il est possible de limiter l'utilisation d'une application, le procédé comprenant une étape consistant à déterminer si une application du dispositif terminal mobile sujet à une limitation est active, une étape consistant à vérifier la position d'utilisation dans laquelle le dispositif terminal mobile détermine si l'utilisateur du dispositif terminal mobile est dans le siège du conducteur, et une étape de vérification de vitesse dans laquelle le dispositif terminal mobile calcule qu'un véhicule à bord duquel se trouve l'utilisateur du dispositif terminal mobile se déplace, et de limiter ou interrompre l'utilisation de l'application lorsque l'utilisateur du dispositif terminal mobile se trouve dans le siège du conducteur et que le véhicule se déplace.
