Provided is a technology capable of further suppressing unfavorable action of a shovel. A shovel 100 according to one embodiment of the present disclosure detects a predetermined action of the shovel 100 (for example, action corresponding to unintended use), records unintended use log information showing detection of the predetermined action in a storage unit 307, and transmits the unintended use log information to a management device 200. Further, the management device 200 according to another embodiment of the present disclosure acquires, from the shovel 100, log information showing detection of the predetermined action of the shovel 100 and stores the log information in a storage unit 2100.
