A management method being executed by a management system which is provided with a lock device that unlocks by inputting of an identification code, a portable communication instrument, and a management server, the portable communication instrument reading a code attached to the lock device, converting the read code into identification information, acquiring specific information of the lock device that includes the installed place information of the lock device, and transmitting the acquired specific information and identification information to the management server, the management server storing in a storage unit the specific information, the identification information, and the identification code in association.
L'invention concerne un procédé de gestion exécuté par un système de gestion qui est pourvu d'un dispositif de verrouillage par entrée d'un code d'identification, d'un instrument de communication portable et d'un serveur de gestion ; l'instrument de communication portable lit un code fixé au dispositif de verrouillage, convertit le code lu en informations d'identification, acquiert des informations spécifiques du dispositif de verrouillage qui comprennent les informations de lieu d'installation du dispositif de verrouillage, puis transmet les informations spécifiques acquises et les informations d'identification au serveur de gestion ; le serveur de gestion stocke, dans une unité de stockage, les informations spécifiques, les informations d'identification et le code d'identification en association.
管理方法は、暗証符号を入力することにより解錠する錠前装置と、携帯通信機と、管理サーバとを備える管理システムが実行する管理方法であって、前記携帯通信機は、前記錠前装置に付けられたコードを読み取り、読み取った前記コードを識別情報に変換し、前記錠前装置の設置場所情報を含む前記錠前装置の特定情報を取得し、取得した前記特定情報及び前記識別情報を、前記管理サーバへ送信し、前記管理サーバは、前記特定情報、前記識別情報及び前記暗証符号を対応付けて、記憶部に記憶する。
