METHOD FOR PRODUCING SILICON NITRIDE SUBSTRATE
The present invention improves the productivity of a silicon nitride substrate in cases where the silicon nitride substrate is produced by subjecting a multilayer body, which is obtained by stacking a plurality of sheet-like molded bodies that contain silicon, to a nitriding treatment. As a means therefor, the present invention employs a method for producing a silicon nitride substrate, wherein a multilayer body, which is obtained by stacking 5 to 20 sheet-like molded bodies that contain silicon and have a sheet form, is nitrided by being conveyed from a carry-in port to a carry-out port of a continuous heating furnace that is provided with the carry-in port and the carry-out port, a heating mechanism that heats the space between the carry-in port and the carry-out port, and a nitrogen supply mechanism that supplies nitrogen to the space between the carry-in port and the carry-out port.
La présente invention améliore la productivité d'un substrat en nitrure de silicium dans les cas où le substrat en nitrure de silicium est produit en soumettant un corps multicouche, qui est obtenu par empilement d'une pluralité de corps moulés de type feuille qui contiennent du silicium, à un traitement de nitruration. Pour ce faire, la présente invention utilise un procédé de production d'un substrat en nitrure de silicium, un corps multicouche, qui est obtenu par empilement de 5 à 20 corps moulés de type feuille qui contiennent du silicium et ayant une forme de feuille, étant nitruré en étant transporté d'un orifice d'entrée à un orifice de sortie d'un four de chauffage en continu qui est pourvu de l'orifice d'entrée et de l'orifice de sortie, un mécanisme de chauffage qui chauffe l'espace entre l'orifice d'entrée et l'orifice de sortie, et un mécanisme d'alimentation en azote qui fournit de l'azote à l'espace entre l'orifice d'entrée et l'orifice de sortie.
