The report provides a comprehensive planning program for a village planning body which represents an approximate 36-square mile area (1960 population--5,100) on the northwestern edge of the Milwaukee metropolitan complex. The community is sparsely settled with little economic base. The plan seeks to assist the community in developing for industrial purposes while taking into account the usual residential pressures associated with a fringe area of this type. (Author)
