The Fourth Action Year of the District of Columbia Neighborhood Development Program, 14th Street Urban Renewal Area
The proposed urban renewal treatment activities provide for the designation of three sites for residential redevelopment, the addition of public open space land use controls, and the designation of several areas for rehabilitation. These proposals would result in the upgrading of approximately 916 buildings out of a total of 2,786 buildings in the 14th street area. A summary of the environmental impact and adverse environmental effects is made.
