Activities include demolition of unsound structures, rehabilitation of structures of historical significance, construction of 2 high-rise residential towers, 1 large off-street parking facility, several low-rise multiple structures, several commercial structures, and several parks and plazas within the project area. The neighborhood will be physically and economically upgraded. Social impacts will involve increased densities, additional school demands, sewer demands, transportation demands, and power demands.
