The process comprises the following steps: s1, a blocky raw material is put into a calcining furnace, and is calcined; s2, in the calcining process in step s1, the blocky raw material in the calcining furnace is crushed through ultrasonic waves; s3, on thebasis of step s2, the blocky raw material is placed on a calcining platform, and the lower portion of the calcining platform is elastically installed in the calcining furnace through springs; s4, on the basis of step s3, ultrasonic waves are emitted from the position over the calcining platform; and s5, after the raw material is calcined into clinker, the clinker is fed into a cooling device and is cooled. According to the process, the processing time of the cement clinker can be shortened, the step of crushing before calcining the raw material is omitted, and good crushing and calcining effects are achieved through cooperation of calcining and ultrasonic vibration.
