A base plate guide mechanism is fixedly arranged on the L-shaped vertical plate and located on one side of the pressing mechanism, a base plate conveying frame is fixedly arranged on the left side of the base plate guide mechanism, andthe base plate conveying frame is fixedly arranged on the L-shaped vertical plate; an upper copper foil guide mechanism and a lower copper foil guide mechanism are arranged on the L-shaped vertical plate and located on the upper side and the lower side of the base plate conveying frame correspondingly, that is, the high-performance ceramic substrate multi-layer structure is pre-pressed and formedthrough the base plate guide mechanism, and the high-performance ceramic substrate obtained after pre-pressing and forming is moved to the pressing mechanism to be subjected to hot pressing and forming. Multi-layer forming of the high-performance ceramic substrate is achieved through one-time machining of the machining table, and the machining efficiency of the high-performance ceramic substrateis greatly improved.
