The invention discloses a preparation method of a high-performance ceramic substrate, which comprises the following steps: mixing silicon nitride powder, a sintering aid, activated carbon, a cross-linking agent and ethanol, ball-milling, and granulating to obtain mixed powder; carrying out dry pressing on the mixed powder to obtain a green body; and sintering the green body to obtain the high-performance ceramic substrate. The problems of poor heat-conducting property and low mechanical strength of the existing silicon nitride ceramic are effectively solved, the defect of oxygen impurities is effectively reduced by adding the crystal cross-linking agent, the prepared ceramic substrate is low in aperture ratio and few in internal defect, the integrity, compactness and surface smoothness of the ceramic structure can be ensured, and the service life of the ceramic substrate is prolonged. Meanwhile, the heat-conducting property and the mechanical strength are good.
本发明公开了一种高性能陶瓷基板的制备方法,由以下步骤组成:将氮化硅粉、烧结助剂、活性炭、交联剂和乙醇混合球磨,造粒,得到混合粉体;将上述混合粉体干压成型,得到生坯;将生坯烧结,得到高性能陶瓷基板。本发明有效克服了现有氮化硅陶瓷的导热性能不佳及机械强度不强的问题,通过添加晶相交联剂有效降低氧杂质缺陷,制备的陶瓷基板的开孔率低,内部缺陷少,能够保证陶瓷结构的完整性、致密性和表面平整性,同时还具有良好的导热性能和机械强度。
