The invention relates to a preparation method of doped silicon nitride powder. The preparation method comprises the following steps: proportioning carbon black, a dispersing agent and water according to a certain mass ratio, and carrying out high-speed dispersion by high-energy ball milling to obtain black slurry; taking a proper amount of the black slurry, mixing the black slurry with silicon oxide, fumed silica, nitrate, a dispersing agent and water according to a certain weight percentage, performing high-speed dispersion, and performing spray drying to obtain powder with good fluidity; and introducing a mixed gas of nitrogen and hydrogen to carry out a nitridation reaction so as to obtain a sinter, and carrying out decarburization treatment so as to obtain the doped asilicon nitride powder. The doped silicon nitride powder can be directly used for sintering ceramic forming, complete nitridation of silicon powder at a low temperature and within a short heat preservation time is achieved through a high-energy ball milling method assisted with a carbothermic reduction method, no inorganic sintering aid needs to be added in the subsequent ceramic forming process of the doped silicon nitride powder, the process is simple, the raw materials are cheap, the synthesis temperatureis low and the production cost is low.
