By adopting a brazing process, the aluminum oxide ceramic and the alloy steel plate are prepared into the composite derivative, any working condition below 1000 DEG C can be resisted, the use range is greatly expanded, the use working condition of the traditional ceramic does not exceed 100 DEG C, and the method has milestone significance for popularization and improvement of wear resistance of the aluminum oxide ceramic in a medium-high temperature state.
本发明公开了一种氧化铝陶瓷钎焊合金钢复合耐磨板及其制备工艺,涉及复合耐磨板制造技术领域,其中氧化铝陶瓷钎焊合金钢复合耐磨板,包括铸钢基体,所述铸钢基体一侧具有多个间隔设置的凹槽,且凹槽由锥形内槽和锥形外槽组成,所述锥形外槽和锥形内槽的剖面形状相同,且两者中心线处于同一直线,每个所述凹槽内皆镶嵌有氧化铝陶瓷柱,且氧化铝陶瓷柱与凹槽的剖切面呈同心状,所述凹槽与对应位置氧化铝陶瓷柱通过钎焊连为一体。本发明通过采用钎焊工艺,将氧化铝陶瓷和合金钢板制成复合衍生物,可以抵抗1000℃以下的任何工况,极大的拓展了使用范围,传统陶瓷使用工况不超过100℃,对于中高温状态下,氧化铝陶瓷耐磨的推广和改善具有里程碑的意义。
