The invention discloses a pile hole construction method for an slide-resistant pile penetrating through a quicksand layer. The pile hole construction method comprises the following steps that firstly, the axis of a pile hole and a pile position are measured and positioned according to a design drawing, and a site is leveled; then, the drift sand layer elevation range of the to-be-constructed area is determined through geological exploration, and slide-resistant pile holes are divided into corresponding upper-section pile holes, middle-section pile holes and lower-section pile holes according to layering; then, lock mouth construction of the pile hole of the slide-resistant pile is conducted; then an upper section pile hole is drilled by adopting a rotary drilling machine, and wall protection construction is carried out; grouting and bottom sealing are conducted on the bottom of the upper-section pile hole to form a grout stop pad; a plurality of grouting holes are drilled in the grouting pad; grouting construction is conducted on the middle quicksand layer through the grouting holes; and after grouting solidification, drilling construction is conducted on the grouting stopping pad and the quicksand layer through a rotary drilling bit, finally, construction is conducted on the lower hard layer through a mechanical rotary drilling method or a blasting method, a lower section pile hole is formed, and hole forming of the whole anti-slide pile hole is completed. According to the pile hole construction method, the technology is simple, collapse of the quicksand layer is prevented through grouting solidification, and the pile hole construction problem penetrating through the quicksand layer is well solved.
本发明公开了一种穿越流砂层的抗滑桩桩孔施工方法,首先按设计图测量定位桩孔轴线及桩位,并进行场地平整;然后通过地质勘查确定待施工区域的流砂层标高范围,并根据分层将抗滑桩桩孔分成对应的上段桩孔、中段桩孔和下段桩孔;之后进行抗滑桩桩孔的锁口施工;然后采用旋挖钻钻机开钻上段桩孔,并进行护壁施工;在上段桩孔底部进行注浆封底形成止浆垫;对止浆垫开钻若干注浆孔;通过注浆孔对中部流砂层进行注浆施工;注浆固化后,采用旋挖钻钻头对止浆垫及流砂层进行钻孔施工,最后采用机械旋挖法或者爆破法对下部硬质层施工,形成下段桩孔,完成整个抗滑桩桩孔成孔。本发明工艺简单,通过注浆固化防止流砂层坍塌,很好解决了穿越流砂层的桩孔施工问题。
