The hydraulic rack type lifting system is installed on a main deck of the self-elevating platform, a lifting rack is meshed with and separated from a rack on a pile leg chord pipe, and continuous lifting of the offshore platform is achieved. The system runs stably and reliably; gears are not needed for meshing of the racks, the requirement for the manufacturing process is low, the power driving part is simple in structure, compared with an electric gear and rack lifting system, the manufacturing cost is low, cost is saved, the lifting difficulty is lowered, and faults are not prone to occurring.
本发明提供了一种桁架桩腿自升式平台液压齿条式升降系统及应用方法,所述液压齿条式升降系统套装于带齿条的桩腿弦管上,包括升降齿条,升降油缸,锁紧装置机构和固桩架。所述液压齿条式升降系统安装于自升式平台的主甲板上,所述升降齿条与桩腿弦管上的齿条啮合与分离,实现海上平台的连续式升降,本发明为液压齿条式升降系统,其中液压装置具有弹性和吸振性能,具有一定的液压缓冲作用,使系统运行稳定可靠;齿条之间的啮合无需使用齿轮,制造工艺要求较低,动力驱动部分结构简单,且相对于电动齿轮齿条升降系统造价低,既节约了成本,又降低了升降难度,不容易发生故障。
