The invention relates to a construction method of a prefabricated vertical shaft, and belongs to the technical field of underground engineering construction. The construction method comprises the following steps: a, prefabricating the prefabricated well wall (1) in a factory; b, earthwork is excavated in a layered mode, the first section of prefabricated well wall (1) is sequentially assembled into a ring shape, and water stop rubber strips (9) are installed at joints; c, an anchor rod (10) penetrates and is hammered into the soil layer for grouting; and d, earth is continuously excavated downwards, the second section of prefabricated well wall (1) is assembled into a ring shape, and the upper layer of prefabricated well wall (1) and the lower layer of prefabricated well wall (1) are connected into a whole. E, an anchor rod (10) penetrates and is hammered into the soil layer for grouting; f, the adjacent prefabricated well walls (1) are densely poured; g, repeating the steps d to f; and h, pouring construction of the bottom plate of the well. The structure is constructed layer by layer, the wet operation procedure is simplified, the construction speed is high, and the manufacturing cost is low. The problems that a cast-in-place vertical shaft structure is multiple in construction procedure, long in construction period and large in workload, formwork rigidity is difficult to control, and quality is difficult to guarantee are solved.
本发明涉及一种预制装配竖井的施工方法,属于地下工程施工技术领域。施工方法包括步骤:a、预制井壁(1)工厂预制;b、分层开挖土方,依次将第一段预制井壁(1)装配成环形,接缝处安装止水胶条(9);c、穿入锚杆(10)并锤入土层注浆;d、继续向下挖土,将第二段预制井壁(1)装配成环形,且使得上下两层预制井壁(1)连成一体。e、穿入锚杆(10)并锤入土层注浆;f、相邻预制井壁(1)之间灌注密实;g、重复步骤d至f;h、井底底板浇筑施工。本结构分层施工,简化了湿作业工序,施工速度快、造价低。解决现浇式竖井结构施工工序多,施工周期长工作量大,且模板刚度控制困难,质量难以保证的问题。
