Full-prefabricated vertical shaft construction method
The invention discloses a fully-prefabricated vertical shaft construction method, which is characterized in that a vertical shaft is arranged at a position corresponding to an underground pipeline, and comprises the following steps: S1, reinforcing the position of the to-be-constructed vertical shaft and a soil body of a surrounding area; s2, a guide wall is constructed in the surrounding area of the to-be-constructed vertical shaft position; s3, drilling is conducted in the position of the vertical shaft to be constructed; s4, a centering adjusting device and a pipe joint leveling device are fixed to the guide wall; s5, a prefabricated pipe joint with a sealing bottom is placed in the hole, the prefabricated pipe joint is adjusted to the center position through the centering adjusting device, and the prefabricated pipe joint is adjusted to be in the horizontal state through the pipe joint leveling device; and S6, cement grout is injected between the prefabricated pipe joint and the hole wall in a pressing mode to form the vertical shaft. The method solves the technical problem that the traditional open-cut process of the riding well cannot adapt to the complex construction environment of the large-depth and high-water-pressure stratum. The construction method is simple and easy to operate, and the small-diameter ultra-deep vertical shaft can be rapidly constructed in a high confined water head stratum under the condition of a compact site.
本发明公开了一种全预制竖井施工方法,竖井布设在对应于地下管线的位置,包括如下步骤:S1、待施工竖井位置及周围区域的土体进行加固;S2、对待施工竖井位置的周围区域内施工导墙;S3、于待施工竖井位置进行钻孔;S4、于该导墙上固定居中调节装置和管节调平装置;S5、于孔内下放带封底的预制管节,通过该居中调节装置将预制管节调节至居中位置,通过该管节调平装置将预制管节调节至水平状态;S6、于预制管节与孔壁之间进行压注水泥浆液形成竖井。本发明解决了传统骑马井明挖工艺也无法适应大深度、高水压地层的复杂施工环境的技术问题。本发明的施工方式简单易操作,能够在紧凑场地条件下、高承压水头地层中对小直径超深竖井进行快速施工。
