Aluminum nitride ceramic substrate and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses an aluminum nitride ceramic substrate which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 60-70 parts of aluminum nitride powder, 30-40 parts of an organic mutual solvent, 3-5 parts of a liquid-phase sintering aid, 3-5 parts of a composite sintering aid, 1-3 parts of a dispersing agent and 1-3 parts of a plasticizer. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the aluminum nitride ceramic substrate. The preparation method specifically comprises the following steps: (1) burdening; (2) mixing; (3) hot press molding; and (4) hot pressed sintering. The raw materials and the preparation method can be suitable for production of aluminum nitride ceramic substrates with different thicknesses, and the aluminum nitride ceramic substrate prepared by the method is good in thermal conductivity and high in bending strength, is beneficial to reduction of the production cost of the aluminum nitride ceramic substrate, and has wide application value in the field of ceramic substrate production.
本发明公开了一种氮化铝陶瓷基板,包括以下重量份的原料:氮化铝粉体60‑70份、有机互溶剂30‑40份、液相烧结助剂3‑5份、复合烧结助剂3‑5份、分散剂1‑3份和增塑剂1‑3份。本发明还公开了一种氮化铝陶瓷基板的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:(1)配料;(2)混炼;(3)热压成型;(4)热压烧结。本发明原料和制备方法能够适用于不同厚度的氮化铝陶瓷基板的生产,且由本发明制得的氮化铝陶瓷基板导热性好,抗弯强度高,有利于降低氮化铝陶瓷基板的生产成本,在陶瓷基板生产领域具有广泛的应用价值。
