The invention discloses a PID (Proportion Integration Differentiation) regulation braking method for a ship reception chamber of a ship lift, which comprises the following steps that: a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) receives an instruction and controls a first electromagnetic directional valve and a normally closed valve to be electrified successively, compressed oil in an energy accumulator enters a rod cavity of a brake, and the brake is opened by overcoming the resistance of a spring; when the ship reception chamber needs to be stopped and the variable frequency motor slows down to be close to zero speed, the PLC controls the first electromagnetic reversing valve and the normally-closed valve to be powered off, and the brake rod cavity is closed through pressure relief of the normally-closed valve; during emergency braking, the PLC controls the reversing valve and calculates the acceleration according to the speed signal of the main elevator, the output of the proportional overflow valve is adjusted through the PID, the braking torque is adjusted, and it is guaranteed that the braking acceleration is controlled within the allowable range. The ship lift chamber operation speed is detected, a PID adjusting method is applied, the given current value of the proportional overflow valve is adjusted in real time, the acceleration deviation is reduced, and therefore it is guaranteed that the ship lift chamber conducts emergency braking within the allowable acceleration range, and the ideal parking effect is achieved.
本发明公开了一种升船机承船厢PID调节制动方法,包括PLC接收指令,控制第一电磁换向阀、常闭阀相继得电,蓄能器中的压缩油进入制动器有杆腔,克服弹簧阻力打开制动器;承船厢需要停止时,变频电机减速接近零速时,PLC控制第一电磁换向阀、常闭阀失电,制动器有杆腔通过常闭阀泄压关闭;紧急制动时,PLC控制换向阀并根据主提升机速度信号计算加速度,通过PID调节比例溢流阀输出,调整制动力矩,保证制动加速度控制在允许范围内。本发明通过承船厢运行速度检测,运用PID调节方法,实时调整比例溢流阀给定电流值,减少加速度偏差,从而保证承船厢在允许的加速度范围内进行紧急制动,达到理想的停车效果。
