Polycarboxylic acid viscosity reducer as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention belongs to the technical field of concrete admixtures, and discloses a polycarboxylic acid viscosity reducer as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, synthesizing an unsaturated phosphate ester mixture from unsaturated alcohol or ester, a polymerization inhibitor and phosphorus pentoxide; secondly, a reducing agent, a chain transfer agent I, unsaturated acid or ester, an organosilane monomer, a cross-linking agent and water are prepared into different dropwise adding solutions according to a specific combination; and mixing the unsaturated phosphate ester mixture, unsaturated polyoxyethylene ether, unsaturated small monomers, a chain transfer agent II and water, heating and dissolving, adding an initiator, dropwise adding the solution according to a specific procedure, after dropwise adding, preserving heat and curing, and adjusting the solid content to obtain the polycarboxylic acid viscosity reducer. Through molecular structure design, the micro-crosslinking polycarboxylic acid viscosity reducer containing the phosphate group and the organosilane group is synthesized, the viscosity of the ultra-high performance concrete can be effectively reduced under the condition of small dosage, and the micro-crosslinking polycarboxylic acid viscosity reducer can be suitable for the ultra-high performance concrete with the water-binder ratio smaller than or equal to 0.14.
本发明属于混凝土外加剂技术领域,公开了一种聚羧酸降粘剂及其制备方法和应用。首先采用不饱和醇或酯、阻聚剂和五氧化二磷合成不饱和磷酸酯混合物;其次将还原剂、链转移剂Ⅰ、不饱和酸或酯、有机硅烷单体、交联剂和水按特定的组合配制成不同的滴加溶液;然后将不饱和磷酸酯混合物、不饱和聚氧乙烯醚、不饱和小单体、链转移剂Ⅱ和水混合,升温溶解后加入引发剂,再按特定的程序滴加上述溶液,滴加结束保温熟化并调节固含量得到聚羧酸降粘剂。本发明通过分子结构设计,合成含有磷酸基团和有机硅烷基团的微交联型聚羧酸降粘剂,能够在小掺量条件下有效降低超高性能混凝土的粘度,并能适用于水胶比≤0.14的超高性能混凝土。
