The prepared viscosity-reducing water reducer has good viscosity-reducing performance, can improve the workability and flow velocity of concrete, obviously improves the mechanical properties, has no adverse effect, and is wide in adaptability, quick to prepare and high in efficiency.
本发明涉及一种降粘型减水剂及其制备方法,一种降粘型减水剂,以重量份数计,所述降粘型减水剂的制备原料包括:磺酸基封端聚醚单体90~150份;聚醚单体90~150份;流变功能单体4~8份;饱和酰胺4~8份;不饱和酸20~32份;第一不饱和酯3~6份;氧化剂1.5~3.0份;还原剂0.2~0.4份;链转移剂0.8~1.5份;以及水300~500份。本发明制备的降粘减水剂具有较好的降粘性能,能够改善混凝土的和易性及流速,且对力学性能有明显提升,无不良影响、适合性广,制备快且效率高。
