Method for preparing YAG transparent ceramic through low-temperature sintering
The invention discloses a method for preparing YAG (yttrium aluminum garnet) transparent ceramic by low-temperature sintering, which comprises the following steps: weighing commercial Y2O3 and commercial Al2O3 powder, adding diluted HNO3 for dissolving, adding a sintering aid, and fully stirring; adding into a citric acid solution and continuously stirring; placing at the temperature of 60-80 DEG C, adjusting the pH value of the solution to 7.5-10, stirring for 4-12 hours, and drying the obtained suspension liquid; then adding the obtained powder into a muffle furnace, carrying out low-temperature calcination and sieving in an air or oxygen atmosphere, then carrying out secondary calcination, sieving, ball milling and tabletting forming in a hydrogen atmosphere, then carrying out cold isostatic pressing, calcining the obtained biscuit in a wet hydrogen atmosphere, and directly sintering to obtain the YAG transparent ceramic. The preparation of the pure-phase YAG ceramic is realized at low temperature, and the preparation process is energy-saving and environment-friendly; the prepared YAG transparent ceramic has good optical quality, clear grain boundary, and no impurity or secondary phase.
本发明公开了一种低温烧结制备YAG透明陶瓷的方法,称量商用Y2O3和商用Al2O3粉体,加入稀HNO3进行溶解,再加入烧结助剂充分搅拌;加入柠檬酸溶液中继续搅拌;置于60~80℃温度下,调节溶液的pH为7.5~10,搅拌4~12h,所得悬浮液烘干;然后将所得粉体加入马弗炉中,在空气或氧气气氛下进行低温煅烧,过筛,然后在氢气气氛下进行二次煅烧,过筛,球磨,压片成型,然后进行冷等静压,将所得素坯在湿氢气氛下进行煅烧,并直接进行烧结,得到YAG透明陶瓷。本发明在低温下实现纯相YAG陶瓷的制备,制备过程节能环保;制备的YAG透明陶瓷具有良好的光学质量,晶界清晰、无杂质和二次相。
