The present invention provides an FRP panel composition and a construction method using the same. The FRP panel composition, on the basis of 100 parts by weight of an epoxy resin, comprises: 50 to 80 parts by weight of a composite fiber; 5 to 30 parts by weight of methylmethacrylate; 3 to 15 parts by weight of octyltriethoxy silane; 5 to 30 parts by weight of ceramic nano-particles; 1 to 10 parts by weight of a deformation preventing agent; 0.1 to 10 parts by weight of polyvinylalcohol powder; 3 to 30 parts by weight of silica; 3 to 30 parts by weight of water glass foam beet; 1 to 20 parts by weight of a water swelling material; 2 to 15 parts by weight of re-emulsifying polymer powder; 3 to 15 parts by weight of an attaching agent; 2 to 10 parts by weight of a stabilizer; and 2 to 10 parts by weight of a denatured silane silicate synthetic material. The FRP panel composition according to the present invention is environmentally-friendly, improves fire resistance and strength, and has excellent repairing and/or reinforcing properties.
본 발명은 본 발명은 에폭시 수지 100중량부 기준으로, 복합섬유 50 내지 80중량부; 메틸메타아크릴레이트 5 내지 30중량부; 옥틸트리에톡시 실란 3 내지 15중량부; 나노세라믹 입자 5 내지 30중량부; 변형방지제 1 내지 10중량부; 폴리비닐알코올 분말 0.1 내지 10중량부; 규사 3 내지 30중량부; 물유리계 폼 비트 3 내지 30중량부; 수팽윤성 물질 1 내지 20중량부; 재유화형 폴리머 분말 2 내지 15중량부; 부착제 3 내지 15중량부; 안정제 2 내지 10중량부; 및 변성실란실리케이트 합성물 2 내지 10중량부를 포함하는 FRP 패널 조성물 및 이를 이용한 시공방법을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 FRP 패널 조성물은 친환경적이며, 내화성 및 강도 등을 향상시키는 동시에 보수 및/또는 보강성이 우수한 효과가 있다.

The present invention provides an FRP panel composition and a construction method using the same.
