The present invention relates to a high-grade waterproof color asphalt concrete composition. With respect to 100 parts by weight of asphalt, the high-grade waterproof color asphalt concrete composition includes: 0.5 to 50 parts by weight of styrene isoprene styrene; 0.5 to 50 parts by weight of styrene butadiene styrene; 10 to 1,000 parts by weight of aggregate; 10 to 40 parts by weight of nano-ceramic particles; 2 to 15 parts by weight of a deformation inhibitor; 10 to 60 parts by weight of a filler; 5 to 30 parts by weight of waste tire powder; 3 to 20 parts by weight of a silane compound; 1 to 10 parts by weight of a performance improving agent; 5 to 25 parts by weight of an adhesion promoter; 2 to 20 parts by weight of fibers; 5 to 30 parts by weight of pigments; and 1 to 10 parts by weight of a stabilizer. According to the present invention, the high-grade waterproof color asphalt concrete composition has excellent waterproof performance with high cohesive strength and high bonding strength and minimizes the influence of changes in the outside temperature, thereby preventing cracks, surface peeling, and releasing (or portholes) thereof.
본 발명은 본 발명은 아스팔트 100중량부를 기준으로, 스티렌이소프렌스티렌 0.5 내지 50중량부; 스티렌부타디엔스티렌 0.5 내지 50중량부; 골재 10 내지 1,000중량부; 나노세라믹 입자 10 내지 40중량부; 변형방지제 2 내지 15중량부; 충진제 10 내지 60중량부; 폐타이어 분말 5 내지 30중량부; 실란화합물 3 내지 20중량부; 성능개선제 1 내지 10중량부; 부착증진제 5 내지 25중량부; 파이버 2 내지 20중량부; 안료 5 내지 30중량부; 및 안정제 1 내지 10중량부를 포함하는 고등급 방수 칼라아스팔트 콘크리트 조성물을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 고등급 방수 칼라아스팔트 콘크리트 조성물은 고응집력과 고결합력을 구비하여 방수성이 우수하고, 외기온도변화에 따른 영향을 최소화하여 균열, 표면박리, 탈락(포트홀) 등의 발생을 방지할 수 있다.
