High Grade Waterproofing Asphalt Concrete Composition for Cast-in-place Concrete Using Recycling Asphalt and Constructing Methods Using Thereof
The present invention provides a high-grade waterproof asphalt concrete composition comprising: 0.1 to 50 parts by weight of styrene-isoprene-styrene; 5 to 20 parts by weight of styrene butadiene styrene; 20 to 60 parts by weight of recycled asphalt; 1 to 10 parts by weight of a performance enhancer; 10 to 40 parts by weight of a rubber-modified polyurethane resin; 2 to 15 parts by weight of an anti-aging agent for rubber; 1 to 20 parts by weight of a temperature-sensitive reinforcing agent; 2 to 15 parts by weight of a compatibilizing agent; 1 to 10 parts by weight of biomass; 3 to 20 parts by weight of nanoceramic particles; 1 to 10 parts by weight of an anti-sagging agent; 1 to 10 parts by weight of a surfactant; and 3 to 20 parts by weight of an adhesion improver, based on 100 parts by weight of asphalt. The high-grade waterproof asphalt concrete composition of the present invention has a high cohesive force and a high bonding force to display excellent waterproofness with a high PG performance grade (PG 82-34) and good durability, has little plastic deformation, aging and/or exfoliation, prevents infiltration water and porthole, reduces noises and allows cast-in-place at low costs.
본 발명은 아스팔트 100중량부를 기준으로, 스티렌이소프렌스티렌 0.1 내지 50중량부; 스티렌부타디엔스티렌 5 내지 20중량부; 재생아스팔트 20 내지 60중량부; 성능개선제 1 내지 10중량부; 고무변성 폴리우레탄수지 10 내지 40중량부; 고무노화방지제 2 내지 15중량부; 감온성 보강제 1 내지 20중량부; 상용화제 2 내지 15중량부; 바이오매스 1 내지 10중량부; 나노세라믹입자 3 내지 20중량부; 흐름방지제 1 내지 10중량부; 계면활성제 1 내지 10중량부; 및 부착증진제 3 내지 20중량부를 포함하는 고등급 방수 아스팔트 콘크리트 조성물을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 고등급 방수 아스팔트 콘크리트 조성물은 고응집력과 고결합력을 구비하여 방수성이 우수하고, PG 등급성능이 고등급(PG 82-34)인 공용성 등급이며, 내구성이 좋고, 소성변형, 노화 및/또는 박리가 쉽게 발생하지 않으면서도, 침투수 및 포트홀을 방지하고, 소음을 저감하며, 저비용으로 현장타설을 용이하게 수행할 수 있도록 하는 등의 효과가 있다.
