The present invention relates to a high grade modified asphalt concrete composition containing, based on 100 parts by weight of asphalt, 0.1 to 50 parts by weight of styrene isoprene styrene; 5 to 20 parts by weight of styrene butadiene styrene; 20 to 60 parts by weight of recycled asphalt; 1 to 10 parts by weight of a performance improving agent; 5 to 30 parts by weight of a modifier; 2 to 15 parts by weight of a rubber aging inhibitor; 3 to 15 parts by weight of a silane compound; 2 to 15 parts by weight of a compatibilizing agent; 1 to 10 parts by weight of biomass; 2 to 20 parts by weight of a release agent; 2 to 15 parts by weight of an ultraviolet absorber; 0.1 to 5 parts by weight of an antioxidant; 1 to 10 parts by weight of an anti-flow agent; and 1 to 15 parts by weight of a stabilizer. The high grade modified asphalt concrete composition according to the present invention is excellent in waterproof property with high cohesion and high bonding force, and has a high PG grade performance (PG 76-22, 82-22, 82-34). It has good durability and can prevent penetration water and portholes, reduce noise, and facilitate on-site placement at a low cost while rarely causing plastic deformation, aging and/or peeling.
본 발명은 아스팔트 100중량부 기준으로, 스티렌이소프렌스티렌 0.1 내지 50중량부; 스티렌부타디엔스티렌 5 내지 20중량부; 재생아스팔트 20 내지 60중량부; 성능개선제 1 내지 10중량부; 개질제 5 내지 30중량부; 고무노화방지제 2 내지 15중량부; 실란화합물 3 내지 15중량부; 상용화제 2 내지 15중량부; 바이오매스 1 내지 10중량부; 이형제 2 내지 20중량부; 자외선 흡수제 2 내지 15중량부; 산화방지제 0.1 내지 5중량부; 흐름방지제 1 내지 10중량부; 및 안정제 1 내지 15중량부를 포함하는 고등급 개질 아스팔트 콘크리트 조성물을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 고등급 개질 아스팔트 콘크리트 조성물은 고응집력과 고결합력을 구비하여 방수성이 우수하고, PG 등급성능이 고등급(PG 76-22, 82-22, 82-34)인 공용성 등급이며, 내구성이 좋고, 소성변형, 노화 및/또는 박리가 쉽게 발생하지 않으면서도, 침투수 및 포트홀을 방지하고, 소음을 저감하며, 저비용으로 현장타설을 용이하게 수행할 수 있도록 하는 등의 효과가 있다.
