The present invention provides a high grade waterproofing asphalt concrete composite containing: 0.1-50 parts by weight of styrene-isoprene; 5-20 parts by weight of styrene butadiene; 10-60 parts by weight of waste tire powder; 2-15 parts by weight of anti-aging agent for rubber; 2-15 parts by weight of an ultraviolet absorbing agent; 2-15 parts by weight of a compatibilizer; 3-15 parts by weight of an antioxidant; 2-15 parts by weight of a deformation preventing agent; 10-30 parts by weight of biomass; 1-10 parts by weight of a performance improver; 5-20 parts by weight of an adhesion promoter; 1-10 parts by weight of a release agent; and 1-10 parts by weight of a stabilizer with respect to 100 parts by weight of asphalt. The high grade waterproofing asphalt concrete composite according to the present invention is provided with high cohesive power and high coupling power to have excellent waterproofness, has high performance grade (PG 88-40), has excellent durability, prevents infiltrating water and potholes while preventing easy occurrence of plastic deformation, aging and/or peeling, reduces noises and performs pavement at low costs.
본 발명은 아스팔트 100중량부를 기준으로, 스티렌이소프렌스티렌 0.1 내지 50중량부; 스티렌부타디엔스티렌 5 내지 20중량부; 폐타이어 분말 10 내지 60중량부; 고무노화방지제 2 내지 15중량부; 자외선흡수제 2 내지 15중량부; 상용화제 2 내지 15중량부; 산화방지제 3 내지 15중량부; 변형방지제 2 내지 15중량부; 바이오매스 10 내지 30중량부; 성능개선제 1 내지 10중량부; 부착증진제 5 내지 20중량부; 이형제 1 내지 10중량부; 및 안정제 1 내지 10중량부를 포함하는 고등급 방수 아스팔트 콘크리트 조성물을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 고등급 방수 아스팔트 콘크리트 조성물은 고응집력과 고결합력을 구비하여 방수성이 우수하고, PG 등급성능이 고등급(PG 88-40)인 공용성 등급이며, 내구성이 좋고, 소성변형, 노화 및/또는 박리가 쉽게 발생하지 않으면서도, 침투수 및 포트홀을 방지하고, 소음을 저감하며, 저비용으로 포장을 수행할 수 있도록 하는 등의 효과가 있다.
