High Grade Waterproofing Asphalt Concrete Composition of Low-Temperature Cure Type Having Crack Reducing Effects and Constructing Methods for Using Thereof
The present invention provides a high-grade low-temperature cured waterproof asphalt concrete composition with an excellent crack reduction effect and a construction method thereof. Based on 100 parts by weight of asphalt, the composition includes: 0.1-50 parts by weight of styrene-isoprene-styrene; 5-20 parts by weight of styrene-butadiene-styrene; 5-20 parts by weight of petroleum resin; 10-1,000 parts by weight of aggregate; 10-40 parts by weight of nanoceramic particles; 2-15 parts by weight of compatibilizers; 10-60 parts by weight of fillers; 3-15 parts by weight of antioxidants; 2-15 parts by weight of UV absorbers; 5-30 parts by weight of ester compounds; 5-25 parts by weight of attachment enhancers; 2-20 parts by weight of fibers; and 5-20 parts by weight of photo-stabilizers. According to the present invention, the waterproof asphalt concrete composition has excellent waterproofing properties with high cohesiveness and coherence, has high PG grade performance which is PG 88-40, can be cured at a low temperature from -46 deg. C to -88 deg. C, and can prevent a crack, desquamation, or preterition (porthole).
본 발명은 아스팔트 100중량부를 기준으로, 스티렌이소프렌스티렌 0.1 내지 50중량부, 스티렌부타디엔스티렌 5 내지 20중량부, 석유수지 5 내지 20중량부, 골재 10 내지 1,000중량부, 나노세라믹 입자 10 내지 40중량부, 상용화제 2 내지 15중량부, 충진제 10 내지 60중량부, 산화방지제 3 내지 15중량부, 자외선흡수제 2 내지 15중량부, 에스테르 화합물 5 내지 30중량부, 부착증진제 5 내지 25중량부, 섬유 2 내지 20중량부, 및 광안정제 5 내지 20중량부를 포함하는 고등급 저온 경화형 방수 아스팔트 콘크리트 조성물 및 이를 이용한 시공방법을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 고등급 저온 경화형 방수 아스팔트 콘크리트 조성물은 고응집력과 고결합력을 구비하여 방수성이 우수하고, PG 등급성능이 고등급(PG 88-40)인 공용성 등급이며, -46 내지 88℃의 저온에서 경화할 수 있고, 균열, 표면박리, 탈락(포트홀) 등의 발생을 방지할 수 있다.
