The present invention relates to a rainwater blocking apparatus for an underground parking lot of an apartment house, which comprises a collecting ditch on an on-ground parking surface side, a collecting ditch in a left turn section, a collecting ditch on a right turn section, a collecting ditch on the left, a collecting ditch on the right, a collecting ditch on an underground parking surface side, and a collecting ditch in a switch section. Accordingly, the rainwater blocking apparatus collects, by multiple stages, the rainwater flowing on the entrance/exit path of an underground parking lot installed under the ground where an on-ground parking lot exists, and the rainwater flowing down along walls on the left and the right of the entrance/exit path, to increase the rainwater blocking effects and thus, prevent the underground parking surface from being flooded by the rainwater, installs a filter pack in the collecting ditch on the left and the collecting ditch on the right to filter and purify the rainwater collected, thereby minimizing the water pollution caused by the rainwater discharged to a rainwater conduit, and installs an air spray on both sides of the entrance to minimize the pollution of the entrance/exit path and the underground parking surface by the water on the vehicle body and the tires of the vehicles entering the parking lot and minimize the freezing when the temperature suddenly falls.
본 발명은 공동주택 건축물의 지하주차장 우수차단 장치에 관한 것으로, 지상주차면측 집수거, 좌회전구간 집수거, 우회전구간 집수거, 좌측 집수거, 우측 집수거, 지하주차면측 집수거, 전환구간 집수거에 의하여 지상주차장의 지하에 설치되는 지하주차장의 진입출로에 떨어져 흘러내리는 우수와 진입출로의 좌우측 벽체를 따라 흘러내리는 우수를 여러 단계로 집수함으로써 우수차단 효과를 높일 수 있어 지하주차면이 우수로 침수되는 것을 방지할 수 있고, 좌측 집수거와 우측 집수거 내에 여과팩을 설치하여 집수되는 우수를 여과 정화 처리하여 우수관거로 배출되는 우수에 의한 수질오염을 최소화할 수 있으며, 입구 양측에 공기분사기를 설치하여 입고차량의 차체와 타이어에 묻은 물기에 의하여 진출입로와 지하주차면이 지저분하게 되는 것을 최소화할 수 있도록 하고, 기온이 급강하하는 경우 결빙을 최소화할 수 있도록 한 것이다.
