Polymer Mortar Composition for Repair Section and Constructing Methods Using Thereof
The present invention relates to a polymer mortar composition for cross section repair and a construction method using the same, wherein the polymer mortar composition comprises, with respect to 100 parts by weight of cement: 10-50 parts by weight of polymers; 1-15 parts by weight of calcium aluminate; 30-90 parts by weight of fly ashes; 3-8 parts by weight of silica fume; 5-20 parts by weight of charcoal powder; 5-20 parts by weight of cellulose fibers; 10-30 parts by weight of nanoceramic particles; 1-10 parts by weight of adhesion enhancers; 0.5 to 5 parts by weight of antifoaming agents; 1-10 parts by weight of thickening agents; 0.1 to 10 parts by weight of delay agents; and 0.01 to 10 parts by weight of high performance water reducing agents. The polymer mortar composition for cross section repair according to the present invention improves a working environment, reduces environmental pollution, and has an equal or more strength of existing cement.
본 발명은 시멘트 100중량부 기준으로, 폴리머 10 내지 50중량부; 칼슘알루미네이트 1 내지 15중량부; 플라이애시 30 내지 90중량부; 실리카퓸 3 내지 8중량부; 숯가루 5 내지 20중량부; 셀룰로오스 섬유 5 내지 20중량부; 나노세라믹 입자 10 내지 30중량부; 부착증진제 1 내지 10중량부; 소포제 0.5 내지 5중량부; 증점제 1 내지 10중량부; 지연제 0.1 내지 10중량부; 및 고성능 감수제 0.01 내지 10중량부를 포함하는 단면보수용 폴리머 모르타르 조성물 및 이를 이용한 시공방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 단면보수용 폴리머 모르타르 조성물은 작업환경을 개선하고, 환경오염을 감소시키면서도 종래 시멘트와 대등하거나 그 이상의 강도를 갖도록 하는 효과가 있다.
