Mortar Composition for Repair Section and Constructing Methods Using Thereof
The present invention relates to a mortar composition for section repair, comprising: 10 to 60 parts by weight of fine furnace slag powder; 10 to 60 parts by weight of fly ash; 3 to 8 parts by weight of silica fume; 5 to 30 parts by weight of metakaolin; 2 to 10 parts by weight of gypsum; 5 to 20 parts by weight of polyvinyl alcohol powder; 10 to 40 parts by weight of nanoceramic particles; 1 to 10 parts by weight of a stabilizer; 3 to 15 parts by weight of an antioxidant; 1 to 10 parts by weight of a thickener; and 0.01 to 10 parts by weight of a high-performance water reducing agent, based on 100 parts by weight of cement, and a section repair method using the same. The mortar composition for section repair according to the present invention has the effect of improving the working environment, reducing environmental pollution, and having a strength equal to or higher than that of conventional cement.
본 발명은 시멘트 100중량부 기준으로, 고로슬래그 미분말 10 내지 60중량부; 플라이애시 10 내지 60중량부; 실리카퓸 3 내지 8중량부; 메타카올린 5 내지 30중량부; 석고 2 내지 10중량부; 폴리비닐알코올 분말 5 내지 20중량부; 나노세라믹 입자 10 내지 40중량부; 안정제 1 내지 10중량부; 산화방지제 3 내지 15중량부; 증점제 1 내지 10중량부; 및 고성능 감수제 0.01 내지 10중량부를 포함하는 단면보수용 모르타르 조성물 및 이를 이용한 단면 보수공법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 단면보수용 모르타르 조성물은 작업환경을 개선하고, 환경오염을 감소시키면서도 종래 시멘트와 대등하거나 그 이상의 강도를 갖도록 하는 효과가 있다.
