A smoke barrier apparatus (1) is provided. The smoke barrier apparatus comprises: a curtain (2) movable between a retracted position and a deployed position in which passage of smoke therepast is inhibited; the curtain being provided with a sealing member (8a, 8b) for forming a seal for inhibiting passage of smoke therepast with a seal-forming surface (9a, 9b) of the smoke barrier apparatus. A curtain provided with one or more such sealing members for use in such a smoke barrier apparatus is provided, as is a kit for making such a smoke barrier apparatus.
L'invention concerne un appareil anti-fumée. L'appareil anti-fumée comprend : un rideau (2) mobile entre une position rétractée et une position déployée dans laquelle le passage de fumée au-delà est empêché ; le rideau étant pourvu d'un élément d'étanchéité (8a, 8b) pour former un joint d'étanchéité afin d'empêcher le passage de fumée au-delà d'une surface de formation de joint d'étanchéité (9a, 9b) de l'appareil anti-fumée. L'invention concerne également un rideau pourvu d'un ou de plusieurs de ces éléments d'étanchéité destinés à être utilisés dans un tel appareil anti-fumée, ainsi qu'un nécessaire pour fabriquer un tel appareil anti-fumée.
