Method for preparation of gypsum block from phosphogypsum
The invention discloses a method for preparation of gypsum block from phosphogypsum. The method comprises: firstly pretreating the raw material phosphogypsum, then conducting compression granulation, heating dehydration and modification grinding to obtain semi-hydrated gypsum; then mixing the obtained semi-hydrated gypsum with a forming additive and short fiber evenly, adding water and conducting stirring to obtain a slurry; pouring the obtained slurry into a grinding tool to perform natural molding; and after slurry hardening, carrying out hydraulic lifting-up and discharge from the die, and performing natural curing and drying, thus obtaining the gypsum block. The method provided by the invention reduces the molding water consumption, improves the mechanical properties of the gypsum block, especially substantially improves the strength of the gypsum block, and realizes the objective of industrialized production of phosphogypsum. The prepared gypsum block has quality reaching the standard requirement of JC/T698-2010 ''gypsum block''.
