Sintering-free lightweight aggregate and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses sintering-free lightweight aggregate and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: the first step: uniformly mixing materials according to a raw material formula of the sintering-free lightweight aggregate, then, molding in a pelletizing tray to obtain material pellets, placing the material pellets in a water vapor atmosphere with the temperature of 50-60 DEG C, and curing to enable the material pellets to expand, wherein according to the raw material formula, the sintering-free lightweight aggregate comprises the following components: 50-60% of cement, 10-20% of glass bead, 0.1-0.5% of azodicarbonamide, and 4.5-29.9% of water; the second step: after the size of the material pellets is stable and the material pellets are hardened, dipping with a water glass solution with the modulus of 2-2.5, and air-drying, so as to obtain the sintering-free lightweight aggregate. According to the sintering-free lightweight aggregate prepared by the invention, the cylinder compressive strength is 4-6 MPa, the water absorption rate is 3-5%, no thermal equipment is used in the whole preparation process, and no obvious dust emission is realized.
