Sintering-free lightweight aggregate and preparation method thereof and lightweight concrete
The invention relates to the technical field of concrete preparation, in particular to a sintering-free lightweight aggregate and a preparation method thereof and lightweight concrete. The sintering-free lightweight aggregate is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 90-110 parts of expanded polystyrene, 40-60 parts of construction waste powder, 40-50 parts of epoxy resin, 8-10 parts of an epoxy diluent, 1-2 parts of an epoxy defoaming agent, 20-30 parts of reinforcing powder and 8-10 parts of an epoxy curing agent. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing an epoxy base material; (2) preparing an epoxy preparation solution; (3) preparing prepared lightweight aggregate; (4) preparing sintering-free lightweight aggregate; and (5) preparing the sintering-free lightweight aggregate. The sintering-free lightweight aggregate disclosed by the invention can be used for preparing lightweight concrete, and has the advantage of reducing energy consumption. The preparation method disclosed by the invention has the advantage of improving the mechanical property of the sintering-free lightweight aggregate.
