Electric heating tile and manufacturing method thereof
The invention provides an electric heating tile, wherein the reverse side of the electric heating tile is provided with an electric heating layer and an insulating layer in sequence; a sealing layer is arranged on the peripheries of the electric heating layer and the insulating layer and is connected with the reverse side of the tile; and a sand blast layer is arranged on the lower surfaces of the insulation layer and the sealing layer. The invention also provides a manufacturing method of the electric heating tile. Through an edging sticking technology, a grapheme electric heating board, a carbon crystal electric heating board or a grapheme carbon crystal electric heating board and a waterproof connection wire are added into a cavity formed by the reverse side of the tile and edgings; then a polyurethane foaming technology is used to fill the cavity with polyurethane; and finally the cavity is completely sealed by a sand blast technology. The invention has the beneficial effects that a waterproof effect, a thermal insulation effect and environment-friendly and energy-saving effects are realized; the service life is long; and the use is convenient and safe.
