The invention discloses a synergist added non-burnt hollow brick, which is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials by weight part: 30-35 of burnt coal gangue, 10-12 of ordinary Portland cement, 1-2 of zinc stearate, 6-8 of stone powder, 17-20 of building waste residue, 2-3 of glass fiber, 3-4 of calcium sulfate whisker, 1-2 of sodium dodecyl sulfate, 1.5-2.5 of nekal BX, 15-18 of a synergist, and a proper amount of water. The non-burnt hollow brick provided by the invention is added with the synergist made by a special technique, and has the characteristics of light weight, high strength, watertightness, thermal insulation, antisepsis and mold prevention. By cooperating the synergist with building waste residue and other ingredients, the prepared hollow brick has good strength, and the added zinc stearate increases the watertightness of the product. The invention adopts a non-burning process, which has the advantages of convenient operation, no environmental pollution, low investment cost, and is worthy of large area popularization.
