The invention provides a device for calibrating work machine and a method for calibrating work machine parameters of work machine. The device for calibrating a work machine is provided with: a work machine parameter acquisition unit (86) that acquires work machine parameters of members configuring a first drive unit and a second drive unit; a measured value acquisition unit (83A) that acquires measured values regarding the work machine main body, first drive unit, and second drive unit as measured by an external measurement device; a first calibration unit (88) that calibrates the work machine parameters of a member configuring the first drive unit and acquired by the work machine parameter acquisition unit (86) on the basis of the measured values of the first drive unit acquired by the measured value acquisition unit (83A); and a second calibration unit (89) that calibrates the work machine parameters of a member configuring the second drive unit on the basis of the work machine parameters of the first drive unit calibrated by the first calibration unit, and the measured value at a reference point of the work machine main body, first drive unit, and second drive unit as acquired by the measured value acquisition unit.
