Pile sinking method for PHC pipe pile in clayey-soil-containing medium-coarse sand layer
The invention relates to PHC pipe piles. Provided is a pile sinking method for PHC pipe piles in a clayey-soil-containing medium-coarse sand layer. The method comprises the following construction steps: according to distribution situations of medium-coarse sand layers in a geological memoir, accounting pile sinking amount and corresponding pile types in a medium-coarse sand layer region; according to the pile sinking amount and the corresponding pile types, determining pile tip manufacturing and pile tip structures in corresponding diameters with the pile sinking models; the pile tip being formed by welding a segment of steel pipe and at least two stiffening plates in equal length, equal thickness, and equal width; the sum of the length of all stiffening plates being smaller than perimeter of the steel pipe; bending the stiffening plates in corresponding arc shapes, and uniformly welding the stiffening plates on the steel pipe, the other end of the steel pipe being added with a groove; according to stacking positions of the PHC pipe piles on site, building a pile tip welding positioner in the neighborhood, hanging the PHC pipe pile on the positioned, clamping the PHC pipe pile by a wooden plug; using a small crane to cooperate when welding the pile tip; the end of the pile tip, with the groove, being abutted against with the pile end of the PHC pipe pile, after welding, using a crane to cooperate to hoist the PHC pipe pile, and performing pile sinking operation. The method improves speed of piling, and saves construction cost.
