Purification ardealite cement retarder and preparation process and device thereof
The invention discloses a purification ardealite cement retarder. The ardealite cement retarder is prepared from ardealite subjected to ball-milling pulping, washing and dewatering through a belt filter, repulping, primary modification, centrifugal dewatering and secondary modification. The ardealite cement retarder is prepared from, by weight, 91-94% of ardealite, 4-6% of acetylene sludge or kiln dust and 2-3% of siliceous activator. The purification ardealite cement retarder has the advantages of being high in ardealite purification degree, stable in product quality, free of fire coal drying, low in energy consumption and capable of completely replacing natural gypsum to be used for production of general purpose portland cement, thereby having good environmental protection and economic benefits.
