The invention provides a battery power type four-head abrasive belt steel rail grinding wagon comprising a battery power system, an electrical and control system, abrasive belt grinding units, a walking component, dust collecting systems and a main body frame. The walking component walks on a steel rail; the main body frame and the walking component are connected into one; and the electrical and control system and the abrasive belt grinding unit are installed on the main body frame. The battery power system provides electric energy for the whole vehicle. Two sets of abrasive belt grinding units are arranged on one side of each steel rail, and the abrasive belt grinding units are used for realizing vertical, horizontal and deflection movement needed by profile grinding of the steel rails. The two dust collecting systems are arranged at the front end and the rear end of the grinding wagon correspondingly. According to the invention, the efficient operation is achieved through the four-head abrasive belt; the grinding wagon can be suitable for various working conditions with high flexibility; a battery cell is adopted to provide all power energy, and the operation process is energy-saving and environment-friendly; multiple functions of an efficient dust collection system, soft linkage operation and the like are integrated into a whole, and functional integrity construction operation equipment is formed.
