Floor laying robot
The invention discloses a floor laying robot. The floor laying robot comprises a moving mechanism, a main body frame, a cantilever mechanism, a material storage mechanism, a feeding mechanism and a material laying mechanism, wherein by arranging clamping grooves with different heights on a cantilever, the up-down and left-right movement of a mounting arm is achieved through a clamping column on amounting column, the laying direction of the laying robot can be changed through left-right movement, the occupied space of the robot when the robot is not operated can be saved through upward moving,and the feeding mechanism can apply feeding pushing force to a floor stored in the material storage mechanism to push the floor to the other side of the material storage mechanism. After the feedingmechanism conveys a wood board to be installed to a working area, a pulling hook on a laying executing mechanism can hook the rear edge of the floor, the installation of the rear edge long side of thefloor is finished, and the laying executing mechanism can press the floor down in the operation process to flatten the floor.
本发明公开了一种地板铺设机器人,包括移动机构、主体框架、悬臂机构、储料机构、送料机构以及铺料机构,通过在悬臂上设有高低不同的卡槽,通过安装柱上的卡柱实现安装臂的上下、左右移动,左右移动可改变铺设机器人的铺设方向,往上移动可节省机器人在不作业时的占用空间;送料机构能对存储在储料机构内的地板施加送料推力,以将地板推到所述出料机构的另一侧。当送料机构将待安装木板输送至作业区域后,铺设执行机构上的拉钩能够钩住地板后沿,完成地板后沿长边安装;铺设执行机构在作业过程中能够下压地板,使其平整。
