Viscosity reduction type concrete slump retaining agent and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a viscosity reduction type concrete slump retaining agent and a preparation method thereof. The viscosity reduction type concrete slump retaining agent is prepared by taking carboxyl-terminated polyoxyethylene methyl ether and small molecular alcohol as esterification raw materials and performing esterification under the condition of a catalyst, temperature and reaction time. The mass ratio of the carboxyl-terminated polyoxyethylene methyl ether to the small molecular alcohol to the catalyst is (80-120): (4-12): (1-4); and the catalyst is one or a combination of two ofconcentrated sulfuric acid and p-toluenesulfonic acid. The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding the carboxyl-terminated polyoxyethylene methyl ether into a reaction bottle, heating, adding the small molecule alcohol and the catalyst after the carboxyl-terminated polyoxyethylene methyl ether is completely dissolved, reacting while stirring and refluxing, carrying out reduced pressure distillation to remove the residual small molecule alcohol, and adding water for dilution until the solid content is 40% to obtain a reddish brown liquid, namely the viscosity reduction type concrete slump retaining agent. The slump retaining agent provided by the invention can reduce the viscosity of concrete, and does not increase the viscosity of concrete due to the addition of a large amount of the slump retaining agent.
一种降粘型混凝土保坍剂及其制备方法,降粘型混凝土保坍剂是以端羧基聚氧乙烯甲基醚、小分子醇为酯化原料,以催化剂、温度、反应时间为反应条件进行酯化反应制备而成。各组分的质量之比为:端羧基聚氧乙烯甲基醚∶小分子醇∶催化剂=(80~120)∶(4~12)∶(1~4);所述的催化剂为浓硫酸、对甲苯磺酸中的一种或两种的组合。制备方法:在反应瓶中加入端羧基聚氧乙烯甲基醚,升温,待其完全溶解后加入小分子醇及催化剂,搅拌回流下反应,减压蒸馏除去剩余小分子醇,结束后加水稀释至40%固体含量,得到的产物是红棕色液体,即为降粘型混凝土保坍剂。本发明的保坍剂能降低混凝土的粘度,不会导致保坍剂的大量加入而增加混凝土的粘度。
