The invention relates to an engine cover lock catch assembly and a vehicle. The engine cover lock catch assembly comprises a lock catch (2), a rotation stopping piece (3) and a lock catch mounting plate (112), wherein one end of the lock catch (2) is used for being matched with a lock body (4), the other end of the lock catch (2) is in threaded fit with the lock catch mounting plate (112), the rotation stopping piece (3) has a locking position and an unlocking position, at the locking position, the rotation stopping piece (3) is locked on the lock catch mounting plate (112) so as to limit thelock catch (2) to rotate around a rotation axis (A) of the lock catch (2), at the unlocking position, the rotation stopping piece (3) is disengaged from the lock catch mounting plate (112), and the rotation stopping piece (3) and the lock catch (2) can rotate around the rotation axis (A) together. Due to the fact that the lock catch is in threaded connection with the lock catch mounting plate, thedistance between the lock catch and the lock body can be adjusted only by screwing or unscrewing the lock catch when the gap between an engine cover and peripheral components of the engine cover is adjusted.
